What we are looking for

  • 1. Bachelor's degree.
  • 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a front office or office assistant role.
  • 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • 5. The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • 6. Good leadership and training abilities.
  • 7. Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1. Hiring staff and managing the operations.
  • 2. Tending to customers' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
  • 3. Do front office activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
  • 4. Organize employee training sessions and company events.
  • 5. Maintain employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • 6. Responsible for onboarding and relieving process for employees.
  • 7. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment offer letters, termination letters and other administrative documents such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
  • 8. Responsible for the admin activities in the Company for smooth operations.
  • 9. Responsible for invoice and billing for the customers.
